Specialized treatment of small and large muscle groups to aid in breaking up adhesion’s as a result of overuse. Best utilized off season OR when treating an injury. Multiple appointments necessary. Usually specific problem area.
Medical Massage Medical Massage is used to treat specific areas, assist post surgical scar tissue, acute injury or anyone dealing with a chronic condition that affects tissue and muscle. Usually requires multiple appointments.
Waterproof elastic tape applied by certified practitioner and worn 3-5 days to aid in muscle healing, reduce pain and improve circulation. Used only with an injury or muscle issue, not used as preventative treatment.

Vacutherapy/MediCupping The use of a machine driven vacuum using glass or polycarbonate cups over the body. They are used to lift and decompress the tissue, bringing stagnant toxins from the muscle to the surface of the skin and moving lymphatic fluid to clear toxins & reduce inflammation. IASTM Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is the use of a blunt edged surgical steel tool on muscle tissue by a Certified Practitioner. The instrument helps to break up adhesions under the skin/fascia and muscle from overuse or injury. Petechia, or a bruised look can happen when stagnant toxins lay in the muscle tissue.
